There is no guarentee that this spot will be available, although if another client cancels you will notified via SMS or email and asked if you would like to confirm the space. You have 45min to reply to this notification or the space will be made available to the person next on the waitlist. In the case that you are no longer able to attend the class that you were waitlisted for please cancel as soon as possible. This ensures the next client who signed up for the waitlist can be added to the class.

What should I bring to class?• Socks are COMPULSORY for all of our pilates classes due to safety and hygiene purposes. Any socks are okay, although grip socks are preferred as they reduce the risk of slipping in our classes. If you would like grippy socks, we do have a great range available for sale for $17 at our studio in Airlie Beach. • Wear comfortable tights or shorts and a workout style top that keeps everything in place. • We provide all the equipment you will need. No need to bring a mat, but water is always a great idea.

What is your cancellation policy? If you are unable to attend a class, we enforce a strict cancellation policy of a minimum of 6 hours before the class commencing. Failure to cancel outside of our 6 hour cancellation window via the Momence app or website or “no-show” will result in you being charged for the pre-booked class. Please cancel via our Momence app or website as this is more efficient and allows the next client on the waitlist the space in the class. If you are feeling unwell please cancel as soon as possible and outside of the 6 hour window. Thank you for your understanding as we try to ensure all clients are given the opportunity to attend classes fairly and safely.

It can be modified in many ways to ensure you are comfortable and safe at all times. Principle Reformer and Yoga classes are all safe during pregnancy. We also run a Pilates for Pregnancy Program at various times throughout the year which is specifically to support your pregnancy, labour and postpartum recovery. Our Clinical Semi Private sessions are also an excellent option for prenatal clients to adjust the sessions to the changes occurring in their body and these sessions are specific to the client.

Why is Pilates important during and after pregnancy?Pilates has many benefits which can assist areas of the body which are naturally weakened during pregnancy. With consistency it can strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominals, assist with body pains (back, neck, shoulder, hip) and improve posture. Pilates is a great way to return to exercise in a gradual, safe and enjoyable manner after having baby. Please be aware you will require clearance from your doctor to return to Pilates classes after birthing.

Can I bring my little ones to classes? We run specific child friendly classes at our studio. Children from newborn to school age are welcome during these classes. If your child is booked into Child Bookings for Creche we will arrange a Creche Carer to come along to look after them. Bookings are essential if you wish to place your child into the creche area. Please note childcare is not provided for every class. No food is allowed in the creche area, only water so we can reduce the risk of choking and allergens. No sick children will be permitted in the creche. Please bring your baby in a pram, bassinet or capsule, whatever they are comfortable in. We also suggest bringing a bouncer or a mat for your baby to use if they don’t love the pram. You can also bring toys, nappy bag and whatever your child may need to keep them occupied during the session. If you have older children who enjoy using portable devices, please bring along some headphones as the studio can be rather loud during sessions.
